A-L M French Level One

This book is wonderful! I used this book in ninth grade, way back in 1970-71. I actually own this one plus levels 2 and 3. In fact, I am searching for a level 4 which is almost unheard of. These are the first books of language teaching that used current terminology, such as the word "piscine" which is the french word for swimming pool. Back in the day, all you learned were pen, cup, spoon, etc. Plus, they use dialogs which at first you memorize. It really helps because you can always remember phrases and expressions. I would recommend this book highly for homeschoolers who already know some french.
