Franklin Learns Friends Change, But the Good Things Stay the Same

"Franklin and Otter's Visit" is a TV Storybook based on the Franklin television story by the same name, written by Ken Ross. This adaptation is written by Sharon Jennings and I'd definitely say it's a good edit. Franklin is excited that his friend Otter (who moved away to the city) is coming back to Woodland for a visit. He plans to all the fun things they used to do, but finds that Otter has changed --- and so has he! He begins to wonder if they still have anything in common, but then his Mom gives him some nice advice on how they can remain friends. The illusrations look like that of the TV series, but with somewhat more detail to add visual interest. This story also includes Franklin's sister Harriet, who wasn't in the television version, as the TV story aired before Harriet was added to the series.
