We Both Read-Frank and the Giant (Pb)

As a special services director at a small Catholic school, I am always looking for books that give students success in reading. This series has been a favorite for myself and the teachers on staff. Works really well both at school and home.

You couldn't buy a better book for a little boy named Frank. And Frank is becoming so popular again.

Frank and the Giant is a children's picturebook in the "We Both Read" series, in which every two-page spread features a more complex passage for adults to read to children on the left, and a simple read-aloud word or phrase for the young person to read aloud on the right. The colorful artwork offers a wealth of contextual information to help young readers, and the Parent's Introduction is designed to help acclimate parents to encouraging a love of reading in their children. The story of Frank and the Giant follows an adventurous little frog and his friends, who follow their ball into the house of a tremendous giant - who turns out to be a little boy! A lighthearted and fun experience to share with young people learning to sound out their first words.
