Congratulations to you Ron Williams. This little book tells a fantastic story and I thoroughly enjoyed reading the success principles that were used to create such a wonderful company. Although this book is listed as a memoir, it really should be at the top of the list for personal success books. I also see this as a very proactive book. Ron deals with the balance between life and business on a much deeper level...I call it authentic harmony. It is like good music, which evokes great feelings. When I got done reading this book, Joy, Grace, and Ease were feelings that came to mind, which is very different from the traditional self-help book. This book is also a trend setter in the direct sales industry. We are already seeing other books follow its lead, such as Cutting Edge Sales: Confessions of Success, Influence & Self-Fulfillment from the World's Finest Knife Dealers This is a very good thing in my opinion. Companies such as ForeverGreen and Cutco Cutlery are the backbone of American business and are destined to become the catalyst for a full Economic Recovery. A book like this is a very smart thing to do for any company...it is the perfect way to create a shared vision and to throw in a little extra training along the way. This is a book about triumph and achievement against the odds by acting in a certain way which I would call "Authentic." He did not sell out or choose the easy path but stayed true to his personal internal beliefs and that is a pattern I think we would all like to emulate. This is an inspiring read for anyone walking the road less traveled who needs to know it is possible!

A well written story of one man's achievements in both his personal and professional life. An inspiration to those with yearnings to make their mark in the corporate environment. His humility and steadfastness were refreshing. A highly recommended read for those with ambitious and lofty goals.
