This is a book you will not be able to put down. It puts any action movie or book you have seen or read to shame. I found myself sweating at parts and becoming impatient at what would happen next. A great read!

I would have to say this is the best Marine Recon book that I have read to date. As a formore Sergeant in the Marine Recon I would say this is as close to the truth that it gets, right down to the terms and actions. I commend Mr. Smith on his writing and can't wait to see what he has in store for the rest of the series. Semper Fi!

I hated reading. But, since I have become interested in joining the Marine Force Recon, this book was the first that I could not put down. OOHRAH!

This book grabs your attention from the start and keeps it. Da Cruz uses lots of abreviations and military terms that can be hard to understand for those who don't know what they mean but no less the book is a excellent and if you are interested in the military or just want a good action packed book to read this is the one for you!
