Forbidden Pleasures

Loved the book. It was Bertrice Small, just more modern. I love her historical romance and I love the Pleasure Series too.

I bought about 9 various Beatrice Small books for my mom to read. She is an avid reader and fan of Beatrice's books. I can't speak about the book itself, but I am pleased with my ability to order all the books that she needed to complete out the series. She was elated to receiver her shipment of new books. No complaints!

This has certainly been an interesting story. Bertrice Small has always been one of my favorites and reading all of her Skye O'Malley novels, I fell into an expectedness with her. But this new book of hers is just simply amazing. It will literally blow your mind and also make you wish The Channel was real.

I have been an avid reader of Bertrice Small for years. Forbidden Pleasure was my favorite contemporary. After reading several reviews I noticed people were upset that there wasn't enough of The Channel. Personally I'm glad there was minimal Channel use. The fantasy of The Channel is all well and good but give me a real life hunk any day. By the end of the book I found myself falling in love with Mick Devlin. I would rather have the hunky Irishman any day.

Forbidden Pleasures is another success in my book for Bertrice Small. I really enjoyed the storyline. The sex scenes made me blush and I am 38 and have been married for 16 years. I adored the main characters Emily and Devlin. Loved hearing from the characters of Private Pleasures, just enough to be interesting and not repetitive. Kudos Lady Small for another masterpiece well worth paying full price ! I look forward to your release of A Dangerous Love in October.
