Here's a hilarious new book from those intrepid collectors of the sporting world's funniest gaffes, blunders and bloopers. The Football Hall of Shama 2 contains absurd, offbeat and hysterically funny... This description may be from another edition of this product.
The first "Football Hall of Shame" is an absolute classic, and must be read to be believed. This followup consists mainly of leftovers that didn't make it into the first book, so it's understandably not quite as terrific, but anyone who gets volume 1 must also have volume 2. Tremendously fun reading about the players, owners, refs, mascots, fans, etc., who have committed memorable blunders over the years. Some classic stories, including Joe Montana's little-publicized habit as a practical joker. Fun fun!
Good collection of football follies

Like I said in the review title, a good collection of funny football foibles, although it seems a step down from the first Hall of Shame. Of course, book #1 had the more famous tales, i.e. "Wrong Way" Reigels; Georgia Tech 222, Cumberland 0; Cal-Stanford game-ending kickoff laterals. But still, Version 2 is nicely divided into fun chapters, like Most Outrageous School Bands, Craziest Players, Dumbest Coach Moves, and the like. Basically, if you enjoy NFL Football Follies and Sports Bloopers, you'll like this book, albeit without the Bob Saget-esque inane commentary.
