Excellent information, poorly edited

I give the book itself, the author, and knowledge within the book 4 stars. Excellent material. However I am disappointed with the editor as there are many typos and misspellings that can mislead anyone that is new to this subject.

One of my all time favorites

This book is an excellent read. If you are familiar with food combining principles that were introduced in FIT FOR LIFE by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond, this book will take you to the next level. I have read it from cover to cover at least 5 times and never get bored with the wealth of information and motivation in this book. Jeffrey Mannix lays out simple, easy to read charts and "rules" for food combining. He takes Food Combining principles to the next level by including a chapter about the right type of exercise to accelerate flushing toxins out of your system. Another chapter is dedicated to ideas for new habits that will reinforce changes for permanent results. It's not a diet. If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, I highly recommend reading this book and following this High-Energy Plan. It truly works!
