Fly Away Fairy

This is a wonderful story about a little fairy who is having difficulty learning how to fly. Her very dear friend, Caterpillar, tries to assist her by bringing her to visit various winged friends for flying instructions - all, unfortunately, to no avail. Finally, Caterpillar disappears on her and she believes that he too has given up on her. But he reappears, now transformed into a beautiful butterfly and he himself teaches her how to fly. The illustrations in this book are simply lovely. The pop-ups are intricately delightful. My 3-year-old daughter LOVES this book. Although well constructed, you will need to assist young ones when reading the book to ensure that the pop-ups are not damaged. I highly recommend!!
