Princess Fred is back in book 3 of the mermaid adventures. This book takes off right where the last one left off and delivers more action, romance and fun. After the mermaids have outdid themselves to the world book three looks at what happens and how Fred has to be the go between (from bi-peds to Undersea Folk). Fred is still caught in a love triangle and is best man in a wedding. I can't wait to get my mits on book 4.

This whole series Fred has been caught between two men and just when you think she has finally picked one, things suddenly change. This was a fast paced, story with plenty of plot twists. One thing I have always loved about Fred is her attitude towards everything and this story has the same old Fred. By the end of this book Fred has definitely made her decision and chose one of the guys. I was very happy with the one she chose but I feel so bad for the other. I hope that MaryJanice Davidson decided to do a spin off series with some of the characters because they are just too good to let go of. This was a wonderful end to the series of Fred the Mermaid novels. I loved it so much. It's just as funny and interesting as the first two and keeps you guessing until the very end. Fred is a great character and I only wish that the series could continue.

I'm a big Mary Janice Davidson fan - this series is a little "cleaner" (language wise) and I wouldn't be as nervous to let my HS daughter read them. Really funny, and makes one pause...are we really the only human (or 1/2 human) species on the planet?

This was the last book of the Fred Series, But I love MaryJanice Davidson and her Undead Series Rules!
