Having read hundreds and hundreds of medical journals, my wife pointed out no one reads them. Not patients, normal stay at home mothers, most teachers won't read them and even few doctors read them. While I read them to learn something to help a client, friend, family member; my wife was right that others are going to lose out to the massive amount of information that can help themselves. Basic, affordable, simple information that most people could take advantage of except one fact. They don't know about them. Wanting to motivate the patient who wanted to help themselves, I set out to write this compilation of data so the average person could understand the intensely complex medical literature and help themselves. Book Format: The Short Story: For the nuts & bolts person - written for people like my father. While the details are interesting, the short version is his preference. Here is just what you need, the subject and the short version that was chosen to help you or a loved one with breast cancer. The Details: For the detail orientated person, professional, geek or information hound I have added a section where cite references list more information. Included were some of my favorite commentary but wished to respect the copyright so if you need a few more that a couple of comments, please check out the original article. From my experience, most patients just want the basics with the ability to back up the ideas, hence the format. Icons for quick browsing: Green Exclamation Point: Consume, increase, add to your diet. Yellow Exclamation Point: Caution, slow down, risk. Orange Exclamation Point: Why take the risk, unless the benefit is worth it. If you can find other alternatives, you should. Red Exclamation Point: Stop consuming, cut down immediately. Take a look inside the book to read the forward for further explanation. I pray this book helps you help yourself fight back and empower yourself for the fight of your life. Blessings - Allen
