Fiery Dunes

Finally, a book worth reading! Fast-paced action, believable and interesting characters, just-right passion and a setting that becomes one of the characters -- plus an excellent storyline. If you're looking for an enjoyable Southern read, this book is a winner!

I came across this writer's book while on vacation at the Gulf and after reading the first page of "Fiery Dunes", I became a Jennifer Sinclair fan. She's a wonderful writer who brings humor, sensitivity, class and style to her books. The plots are engaging and "Fiery Dunes" is a true page-turner! I honestly didn't want the book to end and I hope a sequel is in the works. You'll enjoy this book and it makes a great gift for all readers.

The plot of "Fiery Dunes" takes a campy look at conflict in this contemporary "novel of manners" -- the author's tongue in cheek commentary through the central characters is handled superbly and thoughtful readers will come away with a fresh, upbeat look at a lifestyle and people from one of the most beautiful areas of the US. A winnner of a read by a very talented author!

As a native of the Gulf Coast, I found Fiery Dunes to be a beautiful description of our people and places. She hit everything right on target! The romance and scenery she depicts touches my heart and soul. I felt like I was in the automobile with her characters riding along Mobile Bay and then down Fort Morgan Road...the same places that I call home. What an extraordinary writer to be able to come from another region and yet know our "southern way" so well! Bravo!
