Excellent book if your parents are getting old

This excellent book is written for adults whose parents are getting old and want to stay healthy and vigorous. The emphasis is on smart exercises that are age appropriate for older people. It talks about real people who get around as if they were ten or twenty years younger than their real age. Very readable and practical. I give it 5 stars.

Terrific book!

This book really helped me realize the importance of strength training for my "significant elder". Very timely topic! I liked the photos and the explanations of how to do the exercises. The friendly, matter-of-fact writing was easy follow and kept my interest. I highly recommend this book!
