This book appears to have at least one recipe for every food product known to man at the time it was published. The index is extensive with a section for recipes arranged by title as well as another for recipes arranged by product name. More photos would have been nice but then the book would have been much thicker. The book assumes you know the basics for cooking/baking as there are no explanations as to how to score and stud a ham, debone a fish, saute items, etc. That aside, the book is quite extensive in the recipes it has to offer.
