Farley Follows His Nose (by Lynn Johnston) is a most delightful book. I had the book sent to my grandaughter and was so pleased with it. She and her Mom read the book together and then Kayleigh brought it to my house and we read it again together. Really adorable pictures and funny adventures of the dog and his curious sniffing nose!!!!

This is a great childrens book about Farley wandering off and getting lost I found the book so delightful that I gave it to my grandson

Reviewed by Grayce Richardson (age 5) for Reader Views (5/09) I guess that's Farley. Farley is smelly. It smells stinky. The little girl held her nose and said, "Farley, you need a bath." Arf, Arf, Arf. I wouldn't want a dog like Farley because he would eat all of our food and I'm allergic to dogs. Parent's Comments: "Farley Follows His Nose" by Lynn Johnston and Beth Cruikshank is a great book. I really enjoyed reading it to Grayce because of the book's rhythm and pacing. For example, in the breeze he smelled `rosesfreshcutgrasssweatypeoplethecatnextdoor.' Farley is a super lovable character and like Grayce I give it five stars.
