Jack Swanson begins with a brief sketch of his beginings in the "Jungles of Jersey" and goes on to tell of his romance and marriage in the '60's. He proceeds then with wit and wisdom born of experience to tell about years of ministry to hundreds of teens as well as an interesting assortment of adults which took place out of his historic Victorian home on a Wisconsin lake. The books moves fast tho the reader is cautioned not to speed read thru it and one must chuckle at some of the amazing as well as amusing incidents recounted. This book is a worthwhile read to understand how God has moved by His spirit in the lives of people of all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds. I found it enjoyable and intend to give it as a gift to others.
