Essentials for Further Advancement

What a truly wonderful publication. Essentials for further Advancement is yet another brilliant book written by Master Li Hongzhi. I have been practising Falun Gong for just over 4 years now and no matter how many times I read Falun Gong materials whether it be Zhuan Falun or Essentials for Further Advancement I am always gaining new insights. I just can't put these books down ... the benefits to my body and mind and been nothing short of remarkable. Since seeing the changes in me, my family members have been inspired to learn the Falun Gong exercises and read the Falun Gong books. However, don't just take my word for it ... the proof is in the pudding, as long as you approach these teachings with an open mind and are willing to put the principals of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance into practise in your everyday life ... you too will benefit greatly from this wonderful practice :)
