This books gets you hooked on the first page and doesn't let go until the last! This is a very entertaining book. It mixes suspense and romance wonderfully. The characters were very well-developed. I found myself cheering them on. Slone's protectiveness of Hayley really touched me. The story line was original I thought. There is a twist in the plot that really surprised me. I found myself reading the sentence over and over just to make sure I read it right. I think that was one of the best parts of the book. (If by chance you've read this book already then you probably know what I'm talking about). I got this book through a Harlequin book club so it wasn't like I hand-picked it but I must say it is one of the best books I've read. Definitely a must-read.(Note: My copy says Slade Reeves on the back cover too!)
This book mixes romance and suspense perfectly.

Dawn Stewardson's "Falling for the Enemy" has it all. Her romantic suspenses just keep getting better and better. "Falling" has great romantic tension and an almost impossible to resolve conflict. I couldn't put the book down from the moment Hayley's little boy was kidnapped until the dynamite conclusion.
Good story line.

There is a flaw, however. On the back of the book, it talks about Slade Reeves as well as on the author's comments and the first page that shows a scene between the two main characters. In the book, his is called Sloan Reeves, not Slade. I kept waiting for the name to change, but it didn't. I bought the book from Readers Harlequin, not from you all. Perhaps, this was a fluke. I think it does reflect on the author and she should be awear of this error if she's not already. Other wise good book.
