Face from the Past: Skull Reconstruction

This series of books by Ken McIntosh is escapist fiction at its best--likable, consistent characters; subplots that make the mysteries more meaningful; and forensic science to keep you intrigued. What I like best is that I can follow these characters from book to book, spending time with a cast of people my age that I feel I've come to genuinely know. I really recommend these stories, and this one is my favorite, because of the double stories, one modern and one ancient.
