This is an amazing book clearly written by someone who loves animals. The stories are short but they will be written on your heart forever. This is a must read for any animal lover, as well as anyone who has faced obstacles in their life - which is probably everyone! A great gift!

I'm not a person who can read a whole book in a short period of time but when I got this book, I could not put it down. I enjoyed reading about those extraordinary dogs and those extraordinary people who were able to see beyond the dogs disabilities. I also checked out the "pets with disabilities" web site that was in the book. It makes me think about the next dog in my life. Thanks Joyce and Michael for opening up our eyes.

I highly recommend this book to all animal lovers out there. The stories are well written and compassionate. Once I started reading this book, I was unable to put it down until I finished it. Some of the stories made me cry, others made me laugh, but they all filled me with respect and admiration for the selfless owners who have given their time, money, and above all, love for their "less than perfect" pets. Thank you, Joyce Darrell, for founding Pets with Disabilities and for writing this wonderful book!
