Great content, but . . .

The content of this book is very good and is going to be helpful to me. I am disappointed that it’s missing the first chapter. Very strange. The first chapter was not torn out, but simply isn’t there. An issue the printing, I guess. It’s not a show stopper, but would be nice to start at the beginning.
The rest of the book’s content looks great.
