What begins with an alien in a turtle pond in NYC ends in ways I never saw coming. It combines deep hard science (fractals, prime numbers, pink noise) with theology and the soul. Normally I could finish a book this length in 2 sittings. It took me a week. I also really hope this is a beginning of a trilogy. I want to read more of these characters.
