Bob is a first generation college graduate who initially didn't want anything to do with Greek life. But by being "recruited" instead of "rushed" Bob ultimately joined and found his passion for Greek life. Graduating from Wichita State, he moved to Colorado State for graduate school and started his career working in Greek life offices. His graduate research project on Greek life sparked his interest as a change agent that continued throughout his professional life. Serving on four different campus as a Greek life professional, Bob was also an active leader in the professional association and his own fraternity. Writing and speaking nationally, Bob presented hundreds of workshops for thousands of students earning him awards professionally and as a fraternity alumnus. Bob's influence was critical in the adoption of The Robert Kerr Community Doctrine by the Oregon State University Greek student leadership.
