At the beginning Akantha hates all Centaurs, but especially Chiron and Chiron is too much of an Alpha male to be a meek Princess consort. So a war of wills is guaranteed and the fun begins. Dream Well by Dawn Thompson The knight Gar Trivelyan finds himself suddenly in the Celtic Otherworld, he has no idea how he got there or how to get out. But he has more intriguing things on his mind, because the Goddess of the Well offered him a night of passion. DREAM WELL is an intriguing story full of love, hate, passion and trickery. The story is very suspenseful and the characters range from absolutely pure hearted to impersonated evil. DREAM WELL is like no other story that I have ever read and Ms. Thompson drew me into the story. Thunderstruck by Devyn Quinn Danicia's life wasn't the best, but everything changes when her latest art work of the mythological Herakles came to life. Danicia thinks she's finally lost her mind. Ms. Quinn writes like no one else. Her writing captivates her readers and sucks them into her stories. It's always a pleasure to read one of her books. EROS ISLAND is a very sexy and enchanting collection of paranormal/mythological stories. Definitely not a book you want to miss Courtesy of Loveromances and more

Wanting to try new authors in this genre, I stumbled upon Eros Island, a compliation of fanciful and erotic tales written by three talented story tellers. Centaur Heart by Lucinda Betts was the weakest of the three, but the premise was an interesting one. The characters were not well developed and the story lacked cohesion. The romance aspect was odd. The Dream Well written by Dawn Thompson had all the details this author is known for: fanciful settings and steamy love scenes. It was an intriguing tale set in the world of the Fey with interesting characters, sultry scenes, romance, and even a little conflict included in its 80 pages. Thunderstruck by Devyn Quinn was the raciest of the three. Non stop heat and action and a little time travel mixed in for good measure. The story ended rather abruptly, but otherwise it was an entertaining read. Definitely a good *bang* for the buck, Eros Island is all it promises to be.

All in all, "Centaur Heart" is a fun and entertaining tale about love set in a mythical time. "The Dream Well" by Dawn Thompson Gar Trivelyan is a knight who has found himself in the astral world of the Celtic Otherworld without knowledge of how he got there, and more importantly, how to get out. The Goddess of the Well, Analee, heals his wounds and offers him something he can't resist - one night of passion with her... "The Dream Well" is a complex tale of passion, love, hate and trickery. As Analee weaves a sensual spell over Gar, he must fight to remain sane and escape her clutches, but in the meantime, Gar must also survive the hatred of Analee's consort. Gar is a curious character that blends the blindness of lust with the wisdom to try and escape Analee. "The Dream Well" is a suspenseful tale with characters ranging from the pure of heart to the black hearted, creating stark contrasts. "Thunderstruck" by Devyn Quinn Danicia Ryan is a renowned marble sculptor and her latest masterpiece is beyond compare. However, Danicia's life hasn't fared so well - her husband left her, she tried to commit suicide and now she is all alone. When her sculpture of Herakles comes to life, Danicia has to wonder if she is losing touch with reality... "Thunderstruck" is tale that explores the sexual needs of a successful woman and her adventures with the mythological god Herakles. Danicia is not a very attractive character as she has too much disdain for herself as a woman and only changes her outlook upon Herakles' regard. Still, Danicia and Herakles get up to all sorts of raunchy fun that will entertain you as it heats you up! Eros Island is an intriguing collection of tales that take a myth in one form or another and bring it to life. However, it must be noted that while all authors bring unique mythical aspects to the anthology, all three stories are more about lust and sexual satisfaction than romance. Also, the overuse of euphemisms for body parts and physical sensations during sex coupled with extensive and wordy

Sculptor Danicia Ryan is creating a naked marble statue of Herakles as she envisions the demi-god. When her statue comes to life, she finds his sexual desire for her incredible, as they share her ecstatic fantasies.
