Ensnared (The Spider's Mate #1)

Absolutely loved it. So refreshing to have a natural growth between characters from different races. Yes having an auto translator helps move the story along in other books but then getting through the language and cultural barriers made the story more believable. First book is slow paced but that's because it's building a solid base for the rest and I truly can't wait! The intrigue, the struggle, the characters growing from friends to lovers. My only critique is for someone who went through intensive testing and training to colonize a feral new world the main character seemed to flounder more than you would expect.
