Energetic Healing: Embracing the Life Force

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. As an acupuncturist and bodyworker, I found the material very relevant to my practice, as well as offering insights into my understanding of the energetic systems of healing within the body. The book integrates the energies involved with healing all levels of our being: the mind, body, emotions and Spirit. This text is a step forward in the deepening of our understanding of the energetic terrain that determines who and what we are and how we can bring about balance in our own lives as well as that of the planet. At the end of each chapter are various kinds of exercises that, if followed, give the reader an experience of the differing dynamics of bodily energetics. The book has a nice blend of theory, practical application, and personal experiences that made it a joy to read. I highly recommend it.
