A MUST Read for any one in any type of organization

This book is an excellent source of variety of valuable information regarding implementation of technologies in the workplace, the effect of such in terms of business processes, as well as the impact on current employees. It also clearly outlines mechanisms for dealing with ever-changing workplace environment and the human factor behind it. For those who seek to master management skills, especially during Business Process Reengineering, this book will help to identify various forces active or ready to be active and how to best manage those forces with the least negative impact on the overall transition process and people involved. There is no other book equally detailed and "real". I highly recommend this book to anyone and, in my opinion; this should be a required lecture for any student, regardless of the major of study.
