I really enjoyed reading this and do agree with a previously review stating to check some of the facts but I still found out some very interesting facts about the items in the book. I usually don't buy too many books after 15 yrs of being a practioner but this is one I am glad I bought.

To say that I am impressed is to be utterly understated. Being a Wiccian and student of Witchcraft for going on about 35 years and being fasinated by the lore and magick of brews, potions, oils and powders find her work on Magickal Ingredients a dream come true. Having several other "encyclopedia's" I find her work much more valuable. She makes the information easy to understand and does not include wasted information. A truly needed and useful addition to any Witches, young or experienced, library. Lexa, keep up great work.

This book is a comprehensive guide to all the necessary ingredients for your spells to work for you. Besides all of this, it is a pleasure to read and is very engaging. If you're looking for an all around guide to Magickal ingredients, this is the book for you! It has it all.

I regularly use and recommend Lexa's spells, everyone I have introduced to her work finds it useful for their practices. I find that I often become embedded in the mundane, yet Lexa's artfully crafted tomes allow me to look upon my life with a refreshed perspective.
