Even though "Woman" is in the title, I think both genders can benefit from this book. The authors of this book explain in an easy to relate to fashion how all the little things in ones life combined together can affect one's self esteem. I realized I was putting up with things in my life that made me misearable just for the sake of avoiding the consequences of facing them or getting ride of them. The authors do a wonderful job providing ideas and solutions for how to handle the little things (and big things) that we just seem to put up with. And they work. I find myself using the term "squasher" more and more. My friends saw the difference in my appearance, attitude and just my love for life. I explained to them the concept of a squasher and it was amazing to see the light bulbs go on. They now either own a copy of the or have borrowed mine. For anyone that is feeling a bit low or even just content, I highly recommend this book. It's amazing at how the little stuff can just bring us all down. And it's even more amazing as to how simple the solution to being happy can sometimes be. Read this book and lose the "squashers!"
