Book is in good shape but no cd

The book itself is in good shape, no tears, or creases. But there's no cd! And, the sticker for the CD was haphazardly slapped, probably moved, to the inside cover sleeve, covering up some of the writing on the sleeve! Can't remove it without tearing it
