This handwritten cookbook was created by Ellen Poulsen in the 1950's from a collection of family recipes by her mother, Marie Poulsen. Marie lived on the island of Fyn in Denmark from 1906-1995 and was a renowned pastry chef for a number of years in her younger days at the Glamsbjerg Hotel.
