Excellent Book

I don't agree with the first person who reviewed this book. I found the information on cholesterol to be very helpful and most of recipes are very good. The book was recommended to me by a friend who said she makes some of the dishes when she has company and always receives compliments. I bought a used copy of this book a couple years ago but noticed an updated version at the library. The new version has twice the recipes...

I own a number of books on the topic and this is by far the best. It's a gift I give to all my friends who are serious about reducing their cholesterol. You'll find the recipes delicious and easy.
