Party Well

This is the kind of cook book that I like; gourmet recipes that are healthy, present beautifully and are easy to make. I had a dinner party last week where I made five of these recipes including the desert. The food was a huge hit and yet no one would have suspected that it was geared towards a "specific carbohydrate diet". Little did they know they were all the healthier for it.

Healthy, easy, and fun!

I would never have believed that changing to a healthy diet could be this much fun! I am no cook, but this book made it easy. The book is also beautiful and inspiring! And I already feel and look better!

This beautiful book of recipes is so well done because Kendall not only writes out a list of the foods you should be eating but also all the healthy staples you need in your kitchen, which is very helpful. This book is sure to be helpful to individuals who suffer from a sensitive gut, but even if you don't have any digestive conditions at all, you will find this original book filled with recipes which are at once tasty, stylish, and delicious. I have personally enjoyed many of these dishes, and can tell you that, to the morsel, this cuisine is good for you and really really GOOD! It could change your view of healthful eating forever.
