I have a bookcase full of cookbooks, and this is my favorite. Most of the recipes are quick and easy to prepare, and the recipe states the preparation time (realistic). Each recipe also tells how many calories, protein, carbs, fat, sodium, and fiber per serving. The recipes I've tried so far are tasty and satisfying, yet also healthy and not fattening. And there are a lot of photos that make the food look so appetizing and show nice presentations (serving suggestions). Enjoy!
