Red Carpet Desserts

I have the Kindle edition of this book which is very, very handy for taking along and offering to bake a terrific dessert as a guest. The book is full of every sort of dessert: Cakes Cheesecakes and Pies Pastries Cookies Bars and Brownies Frozen Desserts Truffles and Candies Beverages Souffles, Puddings There is a Recipe Index which is absolutely essential for maneuvering through the Kindle edition. The recipes are very well laid out and very easy to follow. The Amaretto Peach Tart is absolutely wonderful for summer eating and incredibly easy to make. Did I mention the KILLER decadent chocolate cake!!!?? Of late, this is my 'go to' recipe book for great desserts!

Which dessert first??

"Eat Dessert First". Which one do I choose first? All of them look delicious. Great book for all time.

Hats Off to the Red Hat Ladies!

This cookbook contains a wide variety of recipes. If you can't find something you like in this book, something is wrong with you!

I agree, let's eat dessert first!

I absolutely love this cookbook. There are recipes for just about anything you want to make. The ingredient list is home cook friendly. No surprise ingredients, no having to go to gourmet stores to find what you need. As a collector of cookbooks I like finding books with recipes from home cooks. Not that the famous chef books are bad. It's just I like homey, family tested recipes alot. I would reccomend this book for dessert lovers and cookbook collectors. The original Red Hat Society Cookbook is also very good.
