This is an educational book that I have found to be a great help in dealing with many health issues. If you have a condition, look it up and the book will tell you what you should eat and what you should avoid. If you want to know what a certain food is good for, look up the food. I have planned my whole eating plan based on the advice in this book and have lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol, and am eating much healthier. I highly recommend it.
