He said that Russian spies will figure out where our nuk storehouses are and end up firing missiles from Cuba, Mexico and South America to these states while the US Govt is busy focused on a new domestic political party that arises. It is quite compelling and interesting, especially since it was revealed a few months ago that Russian hackers did indeed get our nuclear secrets.
