I came across this book through a very close friend. Although the book cover seems a bit tacky, the content is superb. If you're an avid dreamer, and are interested in expanding your knowledge-base, then this book will be a welcome addition to your collection. It touches on a lot of subjects I've personally been puzzled with - from sleep-walking to precognitive dreams. After having read this book, I now feel a lot more confident in my understanding of certain dream-related events. The biggest lesson that I've taken from this is that dreams are a sure-fire way of tapping into your Self. If you are at that stage in your spiritual journey, then you are ready for this book.
