Dream Date with the Millionaire

I been looking forward to reading this book and this series of Blind - Date Brides . I enjoy the story the characters are telling me too.

It has always been my bad luck to come across a trilogy or series either mid-way or at the end. So, of course, I have to search out any other books that go with the one I have just read. Dream Date with the Millionaire is the third in the Blind-Date Bride series and while not the best of the trilogy, it is the most realistic. The ending doesn't come "all at once" and leave you wondering how the hero and heroine got there. If you have come across this book and have not read it yet, stop and buy Nine-to-Five Bride (Book 1) and Blind-Date Baby (Book 2) before you read this book. It will make all the references more understandable and enjoyable. It was a great read, but my favorite was Blind-Date Baby by Fiona Harper.

With some reticence, Dani Bennett signed up with [...] as a spy for the competition. She couldn't afford to be unemployed at the moment, so she went along with her boss' directives to infiltrate Bryce Delaney's organization. Dani did her best to disguise her deception, discouraging any would-be dates from gaining interest in her. Her profile wasn't very attractive and the displayed photograph hardly showed her best assets. Never in her wildest dreams did Dani expect Bryce Delaney himself to contact her! If she refused to date him, might he realize what was going on? So, Dani went out with Bryce, fully expecting him to be just like all of the other men who'd ever shown any interest in her. They'd never seen past her physical attributes to the bright and delightful woman underneath, but Bryce was a different commodity altogether. Handsome and intelligent, Bryce seemed to value Dani for the person she was. He had an addictive appeal and Dani quickly found herself succumbing to his charm. How much longer could she continue to deceive the man with whom she was falling in love? This contemporary romance has much to say about truth, honor, friendship and about how we may misjudge others by their appearance. The face, body and perhaps electronic profile that we display to the world may not necessarily showcase the individual inside. Those with the courage and clarity of vision to see the truth are, therefore, all the more precious.
