Very Cool Drawing Instructtions For Kids! Recommended!

My son received a set of DRAW books as a gift when he was 8 and still uses them several times a month (he is now 12). We are fairly impressed with the results he is able to produce. The book takes the most simplistic approach to drawing, braking the process down to three steps (basic shapes, detailing, "cleaning up"). Each image includes 4 to 10 illustrations and the corresponding instructions presented in an easy to understand format. The "Tips" section is worth reading as well. Highly recommended! Excellent Choice

This book is part of a great drawing series. It shows complete idiots (me) how to draw great, realistic animals. It also helps the accomplished younger artist (my daughter) to improve their work. Great animals, excellent advice, in a format that doesn't talk down to anyone. I have given several of these books as birthday gifts many times to anyone who likes to draw.
