I loved this book. I opened it with a feeling of uncertainty, but was rewarded with the thrill that E.E. Knight often brings into his book. When Reading Dragon Strike I was severely dissapointed, but only Because I was misled to believe that Dragon Champion, Dragon Avenger, And Dragon Outcast, were necessary for the understanding of It(Dragon Strike). Fun reading. All about Dragons from Dragon Minds and ways to adventures. If you like Dragons this is for you.

Start with book one of the series and allow the characters to develop through the first 3 books. You really need all the background to understand book four and book five. E E Knight does a fantastic job of pulling you in and making you root for all 3 siblings. How does one choose which is right or fighting for the right side. His setting is complete as well.
