One of the best I have read......

I really enjoyed this book and hope to read it many more times. I felt a real empathy with Joyce Bova and think she truly cared for Elvis. I disagreed with many of the things she did [especially the abortion] but who knows what we would have done in her place. It is not for others to judge her. I felt I really liked Joyce Bova through reading the book and would love to know what she is doing now and whether she would feel able to make contact with Elvis fans.

You Will Want To Read This Book Again And Again! I Did!

Joyce Bova's book is extraordinary... and so is she. I met Joyce nearly three years ago when I happened to go into to her dance studio to inquire about lessons. As soon as I knew about her book I couldn't wait to read it. I learned so much about Elvis and closed the book with a deeper insight into the kind of person he was... and Joyce is. Their love story was genuine and touched every one of my emotions. Joyce Bova, who I am proud to call my dearest and closest friend is a beautiful, sincere and vivacious woman. She is also a fantastic dancer and a first-rate teacher-The Best. I never knew Elvis, but I can certainly understand why he loved her.

This is an excellent read for any Elvis fan.

Joyce Bova is a fascinating person. This is an excellent book. Once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down. Anyone who reads this book and is a true Elvis fan will know this story is true. Some say she got her info from Priscilla's book but I have many videos and books on Elvis and Joyce Bova is referred to many times by many of his family and the Memphis Mafia, although they don't refer to her by name, the stories are the same. Example: Ricky Stanley (on a 2hr tv special) refers to a woman at Elvis' hotel in Washington D.C., the same story Joyce Bova writes of in her book. If your a true Elvis fan and know Elvis was human and not a God, he had his many faults as we all do, then you must buy this book.

A "can't put it down" type of book.

After reading this book, I doubt if the author could make up all this stuff. I found the book exciting and sad at the same time. I felt sad for Joyce. I felt sorry for all her troubles with Elvis. I lost many hours of sleep for a few nights reading this book, for I couldn't put it down. I felt afterward as though I knew Joyce personally. Very very good reading. I've read alot of books regarding Elvis and with one exception, I feel this is the best. Extremely entertaining and I recommend it highly!
