Discover Your Sensual Potential

I think this book belongs in the hands of every woman who notices her libido is not what it used to be. I am well into the exercises and already I am feeling more alive, more confident, sexier, and enjoying making love much more. Barbara presents her information in ways that do not make the reader feel uninformed or naive; she gives the reader permission to engage as much or as little in the process as the reader wants. Many of my friends in my age group (I am approaching 60) lament their diminishing interest in sex. I am giving this book to each of them and hoping they get the same positive results.

Barbara really knows her stuff and she has a wonderful ability to communicate her thoughts to the reader. Every woman should own a copy of this book-many men would be very, very happy! All of her books are wonderful tools to help the reader have a more pleasurable, sensual life!

Knew some of the stuff. The exercise are pretty common knowledge I think. If you want some good ideas this is a great book!
