This book has changed me so much...I would definetely recomend it to anybody who can spend about 20 minutes a day before they go to sleep. It presents different excersizes in meditation and at the end it helps you work out your own system for meditation. It is great in the aspect that it doesn't work with just one techniqe or involve religion in the meditations.
