Dinosaur Planet

Lots of info dumping. And no dinosaur interaction until halfway through the book.

Dinosaurs plane by anne mccaffrey is a pretty good book to read if you like fantasy books that I would recommendfor all ages. The story begins in the ship when their going to the planet ireada to research the animals. But they oar to get the ship running. But they make the heavy wourlder so they go to goldenflyers for help.They get the help from the goldenflyers and they go to a cave and hide well the goldenflyers protect them. Then they sleep and what for help. Kia was born on the ship he is tail & vary tuff & hard working. His feelings thought out the book are happy,concered,scared & he likes varian. varian was boren on earth she is a vet hard working & carring. Her feelings thought out the book are caring, worred & senisable

i read Dinosaur Planet once, and then i had to read it again!! i really think that Anne McCaffrey is a GREAT author!! i really love how she created the plot and it was really hard to guess what would happen next. i also read Dinosaur Planet Survivors, i think that you should read that one too, because they both go together.

It is almost as good as her other books and I recommed you read it because it has a suspence.

This book, and Dinosaur Planet Surviors are a MUST read before diving into the Planet Pirates series (Death of Sleep, Sassinak, Generation Warriors). Even though the time frame for this book is towards the end of Death of Sleep and of Sassinak, you must read these first to get the full impact of the whole set. She does such a good job of character development, that her works are never cookie-cutter. Each world is as real as the next.

I bought this book thinking that since it was by Anne McCaffrey that it would be wonderful and I was right. As with the Pern series, she takes us to another world and makes it believable as only she can do. The book does leave off at what I felt was a critical point but McCaffrey did write a second book in the series that I hope will continue just like the Pern and Damia series have.
