That alone is amazing. Most of the pop-ups are not made out of paper or cardboard. They are made out of a durable, soft, material that I do not know the name of. The illustrations are bold and adventurous. The story is about the escapades dinosaurs go on to get food, play, get messy, and go to sleep. Parish and Isaac loved both the story and the illustrations. They kept feeling of the pop-ups, which have an unusual texture. Both boys and girls will enjoy this captivating tale. It is appropriate for toddlers and pre-schoolers.

My four year old son checked this book out of the library. I've renewed the loan twice. He loves it so much that I just purchased two copies. _Dinosaur Days_ is informative and engaging for the young reader. He even uses it as a reference work to check whether he is correct in his indentification of his toy dinosaurs. I would highly recommend this book!

This is a good book for kids starting to read, that have an interest in dinosaurs. My son likes the part about how nobody knows what color dinosaurs were.
