I particularly liked the information on spirituality, life purpose and the numerous treatment approaches that were covered. I also appreciated the easy to read, short chapter style that the book was written in. It helped me to get through the book without feeling overwhelmed. I would highly recommend this book to anyone seeking a more balanced approach to depression.
