Never owned a better CookBook!!!

I have many cook books - but none are as good as David Wood's Food Book. This book has a great selection and the dessert's are wonderful.I highly reccommend this book - even though it is hard to find it is worth every penny.David now has a farm on Salt Spring Island where he makes his own cheese, which he sells to restaurants in Victoria and Vancouver - he is Great!!! And his Food is amazing!
