History Woven Into a Story

"Daughter Of Rising Moon " is a novel about the stories of a Potawatomi storyteller told by his grandson, Orion Ruhane, a Jesuit seminary professor. Like some of Fr. Faherty's other novels, it is history woven into a fictional story. Through the words of Orion, we hear the history of a people as told by a keeper of the flame. This short novel is a quick, but satisfying read.
