In particular, he steers his readers through Big Topics such as Relationships, Careers, and Marriage with both honesty and wisdom. I was reminded of another classic in its field, Charles Baker's The Gentlemen's Companion: Around the World with Jigger, Beaker and Flask, in terms of the quality of prose and the sheer damn fun of the thing. This book should be an instant classic if the world is ready for a an erudite, 6'5", tattooed, father-of-three, modern advice columnist. Let's hope it is - there's much on offer here.
